We're glad your looking to increase your Pass level and take full advantage of the VP Pass NFT. Simply purchase additional NFT's, and then the total value of the NFT's represents the Level of your Pass.
If you fx have a Standard Pass with 80 USD and purchase a new Standard Pass with 50 USD, we'll automatically upgrade you to the Premium Pass with 130 USD.

We are pleased you want to purchase our VP Pass NFT, however there is a limit of 2,000 USD per customer, where you'll then get the Pinnacle Pass. Even with multiple purchases, you cannot exceed this amount.

If you have successfully registered with Valens Pay and the VP Pass and/or Loyalty Point are not shown, you can either reach out to us via nft@valenspay.com or directly in Help Center inside the platform.
And don't worry, we'll make sure you have started earning the loyalty point from the day of registration.
